0024---webI live in beautiful Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada, and work in nearby  downtown Vancouver.  I happily claim a little corner in an animation studio, where I have somehow managed to get paid to draw and colour children’s cartoons since 2011.

I married my best friend in 2011 and we have a toddler daughter and an infant son. When we get enough sleep, we enjoy hiking around our house, and staying up late sharing cups of (perhaps too strong) coffee.

When I am not drawing, parenting, or jogging, I love to have conversations about faith & LGBT issues, classic Hitchcock films and why the latest Tim Horton’s commercial makes me cry with joy. “Aww, the dad DID come to his soccer game!”

I am fascinated by life and all that surrounds us. I believe there is beauty in everyone, life is too short to waste, and even a smidgen of kindness can go a long way.
